I Won't Leap on Faith — I Need to See the Numbers First
You shouldn't leap on faith. Nobody should build a business decision on a feeling.
We won't ask you to.
When an agent tells us they need the numbers before they can commit, we don't hand them a generic spreadsheet built for somebody else's business. We sit down and build your business blueprint live — using your actual numbers. Your current split. Your actual monthly overhead. Your actual expenses on marketing, leads, tools, and staff. Not estimates. Not industry averages. Yours.
Here's why that matters: when you build the number yourself, you own it. You're not trusting our math — you watched every line get entered, you know where every figure came from, and you can poke holes in it if something doesn't add up. That's the whole point. We want you to interrogate it.
Most agents have never actually run this calculation. They know their split. They don't know their net. They don't know what a transaction actually costs them once marketing, transaction coordination, signage, photography, and lead gen are added up. Once you see that number next to what our model covers, the decision usually makes itself — not because we talked you into anything, but because the math is sitting right there in front of you.
If you need proof before you commit, numbers are the best kind of proof there is.
So bring your last twelve months of expenses, or your best estimate if you haven't been tracking them (a lot of agents haven't — no judgment). We'll build the real comparison together, live, and let the number speak.
You don't have to trust us. Just trust the math.
