Chris Martinez is a driven young man with a clear vision for his future in real estate. He’s known for his seriousness, maturity, and realistic approach to life and work. Why serious? Because Chris is fully committed to everything he undertakes, from his goals to his work ethic. He has learnt this throughout the years being a co-owner of a construction business called LCJ Construction.
Chris’s primary goal is to excel in the real estate industry, starting with a strong foundation as a real estate agent. He loves helping people meet their goals and desires. His aim is to master the residential market, after which he plans to expand into real estate investment. Over time, he envisions buying and flipping properties, eventually leading to developing and selling his own multi-million dollar homes in the mountains through his construction business.
Outside of work, Chris is a well-rounded individual who values time with family. He enjoys outdoor activities such as snowboarding, camping, fishing, and hunting. He’s also an off-roading enthusiast and spends summer weekends racing his Rubicon and four-wheelers in the dessert. Additionally, he has a passion for fitness and dedicates time to the gym, often helping others achieve their own fitness goals.
